Description
The Baxi has two different types of electrodes, the ignition electrodes and the flame sensing electrodes. The ignition electrode is used to make a spark that begins combustion. The flame sensing electrodes are responsible for detecting whether there is a flame in the burner. This is an important safety device designed to stop the fuel if the flame is not lit.
