Installer Royale Terms & Conditions
Installer Royale – City Plumbing and Ideal Heating Cashback & Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to the “Installer Royale” cashback promotion and associated prize draw (the “Promotion”), which runs from 1 September 2025 to 31 December 2025 inclusive (the “Promotional Period”), and is available in-branch and online for trade account customers of City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited (company number 02489546) (the “Promoter”). The prize draw is supported by Ideal Heating, a trading name of Groupe Atlantic Ltd (the “Partner”).
1. Promotional Period
The Promotion runs from 00:00 on 1 September 2025 to 23:59 on 31 December 2025 inclusive.
2. Draw Date
The prize draw will be conducted on or around Friday 16 January 2026.
3. Description of the Prize
Three (3) prize draw winners will each receive a £5,000 Virgin Gift Card.
- The Prize can be redeemed for holiday bookings through Virgin Holidays.
- The Prize does not include travel insurance or expenses beyond the value of the Gift Card.
- Booking is subject to availability and Virgin Holidays’ own terms and conditions.
- Any additional costs or upgrades beyond the prize value are the sole responsibility of the winner.
4. Cashback Offer
Customers can earn cashback based on the volume of qualifying Ideal Heating products purchased during the Promotional Period, as follows:
Qualifying Products:
- Logic Max and Vogue Max boilers
- Logic Air and HP290 heat pumps (outdoor units only)
Cashback Tiers – Boilers:
- Purchase 5 units = £75
- Purchase 10 units = £200
- Purchase 15 units = £350
- Purchase 20 units = £500 Cashback Tiers – Heat Pumps:
- Purchase 1 unit = £75
- Purchase 2 units = £200
- Purchase 3 units = £350
- Purchase 4 units = £500
Cashback payments will be processed on or around the following dates:
- 1 October 2025
- 1 November 2025
- 1 December 2025
- All final cashback fulfilment will be completed by Friday 16 January 2026.
5. How to Enter the Prize Draw
Each qualifying product purchased during the Promotional Period will generate one (1) automatic prize draw entry per business.
Entries are tracked using linked City Plumbing trade accounts. Entry is limited to one account per business.
If you wish to purchase qualifying products but do not want to be entered into the prize draw, please email: customerservice@cityplumbing.co.uk before the draw date.
6. Excluded Participants
The Offer is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding residents of Northern Ireland, and further excluding:
- accounts opened by public sector organisations or housing associations;
- any and all accounts for entities which have more than 15 employees;
- national and regional house builder companies and/or contractors;
- any and all current employees of Highbourne Group or the immediate families of such employees; public sector or housing association employees;
- any and all employees of agencies or event suppliers or their families or agents with City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited;
- merchants (all resellers and/or competitors of City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited and/or Plumbing Trade Supplies); and
- customers with internal and/or external contract support.
7. Notifying the Winners
Winners will be selected at random using a randomised, impartial process on or around Friday 16 January 2026.
The Promoter will attempt to notify the winners via the email address registered to their City Plumbing trade account within 14 business days of the Draw Date. If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select a replacement winner.
8. Distribution of the Prize
The Prize will be issued via email or post to each winner once eligibility has been verified. The Gift Card will be delivered within 14 business days of confirmation from the winner.
9. Award of the Prize
The Promoter will make available details confirming that a valid prize award has taken place. The decision of the Promoter is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. No Alternatives to the Prize
There is no cash or alternative to the Prize. The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or resold. The winner must be the person to redeem the Gift Card.
11. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By entering the Promotion, all participants confirm that they accept these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
12. Amendment and Cancellation
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these terms and conditions at any time if circumstances arise outside of its reasonable control.
13. Data Protection
By entering the Promotion, participants agree that relevant personal and transactional data will be shared between City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited and Ideal Heating (Groupe Atlantic Ltd) for the purposes of verifying eligibility, issuing rewards and administering the Promotion.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Name and business name
- Trade account information
- Qualifying purchase data
- Product registration data
This information will be processed in accordance with each organisation's privacy policy:
Participants have the right to access, update or request deletion of their personal data at any time. Details of the winner (surname and county) may be made available to regulatory authorities upon request, in accordance with UK advertising regulations.
14. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter and Partner accept no responsibility or liability for:
- Any incomplete, lost or delayed entries;
- Any issues resulting from technical faults or third-party systems;
- Any costs, expenses or damages incurred in connection with use of the Prize.
- Neither the Promoter nor the Partner will be liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
15. Jurisdiction and Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
