Overview
The Potterton CVI gas valve controls the volume of gas inside the appliance. It operates in the same way as a tap but is controlled by the printed circuit board. When gas isn't needed, the gas valve closes, ending the flow of gas. When gas is needed, the printed circuit board sends a signal that instructs the gas valve to open.
