John Guest Speed fit straight tap connector push-fit fitting for the connection of plastic or copper pipes to fixtures or appliances with an MBSP connection point. The tap connector comes complete with a brass swivel nut and a sealing washer. Just push the push-fit fitting fully onto the pipe and twist the plastic nut clockwise to lock it in place. In order to demount the connection, unlock the nut by hand and push the collet towards the body of the push-fit fitting and pull the pipe to release. The John Guest Speed fit Straight Tap Connector is up to 40 percentage quicker to install than conventional methods and is easier to use in confined spaces by removing the need for hot works and tools. It is designed, manufactured, and assembled in the UK.
