About our workshops
We're running three workshops over the three days to showcase your options for renewables funding:
Heat Pump funding solutions for Registered Providers:
Tuesday 6th: 11.00-12.00. Wednesday 7th: 14.30-15.30. Thursday 8th: 12.30-13.30
This session provides practical guidance for accessing 40% to 100% funding for Registered Providers through the HeatRHIght framework and the Warm Homes Fund.
The sessions covers funding for air source heat pumps retrofit with Daikin, and ground source heat pump new build and retrofit with Vaillant.
The session is targeted at Registered Providers and large private landlords with multi-dwelling projects.
Solar PV & Battery Storage Funding Solutions:
Tuesday 6th: 12.30-13.30. Wednesday 7th: 11.00-12.00. Thursday 8th: 14.30-15.30
With no upfront or ongoing maintenance costs, North Star Solar debt funding provides a unique opportunity for Registered Providers to tackle fuel poverty and reduce carbon emissions. Reigstered Providers will own the equipment from day one and share in the returns.
Occupiers will benefit from the full value of the solar energy generated and through their home energy management system the battery will allow them to use this energy in the evenings, reducing their energy bill by approximately 20% to 30%.
This session is targeted at Registered Providers, Local Authorities and larger renewable contractors with multi-dwelling projects.
Funding solutions in a post-subsidy world:
Tuesday 6th: 14.30-15.30. Wednesday 7th: 12.30-13.30 Thursday 8th: 11.00-12.00
Explores how funding solar PV/battery and renewable heat solutions within the social housing and private sectors will be able to offer value for money and real bill savings and tenants following the phasing our of FiT and other subsidies.
The session will look at the transparency of funding and how other revenue streams can be generated to replace grants.
This session is targeted at Registered Providers, Local Authorities and larger renewable contractors.
