The Ariston chaffoteaux ignition spark generator is just one of the parts that make up the pilot assembly and is used when generating a spark that allows the pilot burner to light. It is controlled by the printed circuit board through the user control panel on most boilers. However, with some boilers, the process of igniting the pilot burner must be done manually.
